Coming to Kingston

Move Together Bootcamp is coming to Kingston.

This is where it started, in Woking Park, with families, beginners and all ages moving together. Now that I'm based in Kingston, I'm bringing it here next. Register your interest below and help shape when and where it happens.

Register your interest

Help me set the Kingston schedule.

Tell me when would actually work for you and roughly where in Kingston you are. Once there's enough interest, I'll lock in a location and schedule and email everyone who's registered.

I'll only use this to plan Kingston sessions and let you know when they start. See the privacy notice.

How it started · Woking Park

This is what it looked like.

Real people, all ages and abilities, moving together in the park. The Woking run proved the model, families, beginners and all ages, and this is what's coming to Kingston next.

Why this exists

The system is leaving people behind. Movement is one of the most powerful tools we have to change that.

50.9%of children in England (aged 5–16) aren't active enough to be healthy.
~4,000PE hours were cut from England's secondary schools in a single year.
Every bodybelongs here: all ages, all abilities, wherever you're starting from.
